Privacy Policy and Registration

All information received by you on our websites will be used by BigClasses.com in accordance to our Privacy Policy.
On registration, you must provide BigClasses.com with truthful, whole registration details and it is your responsibility to update and maintain changes to that information on the appropriate BigClasses.com site registration documents. This is mostly important if you subscribe to any paid services or newsletters of BigClasses.com.

Each registration is for particular user only. On registration, you will provide us a username and password (ID). If you have subscribed to receive any paid services, your remedy is restricted to the direct damages you actually acquire arising out of your use of the BigClasses.com websites. This is subject to a limit equal to the annual fee (or any other period) paid by you to BigClasses.com suited to these terms and conditions during the year in which the damage is acquired. You may perhaps be at your option to receive paid services to the equivalent value of this limit in place of monetary damages.

If a court of accomplished jurisdiction determines that either of the above limits on our liability is unenforceable, then you agree that in any event our total liability to you shall not exceed damages greater than the value of the relevant annual subscription fee.

Other Information

Without limiting the above, BigClasses.com is not liable for matters beyond its convenient control. BigClasses do not have power over telephones, third party communications networks (including your internet service provider) or the internet or the acts of third parties.

Force Majeure

BigClasses.com shall be entitled to delay or cancel any course that has been booked if it is prevented from or hindered in or delayed in the provision of the Services through any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not restricted to negotiates, boycotts, disasters or conflicts, unavailability of power at the point of supply or breakdown in equipment.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be managed by and interpret in according to the Government of India laws. Users of BigClasses.com websites also obviously agree that only courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may occurred out of under or in linked by these terms and conditions, and for those reasons permanently submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

General

You may not allocated, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions.

If at all prerequisite of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any Indian court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Failure by either party to exercise any right or solution under these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right or solution. Headings in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and will have no legal meaning or effect.
