There are new updates to be implemented this year. We are going to have new features in Google Console such as the Search Performance Report, Index Coverage Report, AMP Status Report, and Job Posting Report.
The Search Performance Report is similar to Search Analytics, but it provides 16 months data on total clicks, impressions, CTR click-through rate, average positions.
The Index Coverage Report is similar to Index Status. It will give you a report on how well the Google is indexing their site. It will also show any issues relating to the indexing. The best part, it will allow you to see the reason if a URL or URLs aren’t being indexed. You can, therefore, work on the URL/URLs.
The Job Posting Report is designed for those websites where they have posted jobs. It gives a report on it and statistics around the job listing. It shows results, indexing issues, and solutions to the problem.
The AMP Status Report will give you a report on an error and damaged AMP URLs. It will particularly concentrate on URLs and will fix it automatically across all the pages. It will then give it a high priority to be crawled by Google.
