Job Description:

  • ● Handling telephonic calls and responding Emails.
  • ● Conversion of Leads received from various marketing channels.
  • ● Answering calls politely and professionally to provide information about services and products.
  • ● Keeping records of customer interactions, recording details of complaints, comments and inquiries.
  • ● Assisting and guiding the students to choose the best suitable course.
  • ● Scheduling Demonstrations and Sessions by coordinating with the Trainer and students.
  • ● Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team / organizational objectives.
  • ● Cold calling
  • ● Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies.
  • ● Coordinating with the Trainers and responding accordingly.

Excellent communication skills

  • ● Good listener and active problem solving skills
  • ● Good interpersonal and analyzing skills
  • ● Ability to handle pressure and work on tight deadlines

Qualifications

    • ● Graduate fresher of any stream are eligible
    • ● Any Management Graduates 2017 fresher and B.Tech also are eligible.
    • ● Any stream 10+2 or 10+3 Fresher/with minimum 6 months’ work experience are eligible.
