- ● Handling telephonic calls and responding Emails.
- ● Conversion of Leads received from various marketing channels.
- ● Answering calls politely and professionally to provide information about services and products.
- ● Keeping records of customer interactions, recording details of complaints, comments and inquiries.
- ● Assisting and guiding the students to choose the best suitable course.
- ● Scheduling Demonstrations and Sessions by coordinating with the Trainer and students.
- ● Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team / organizational objectives.
- ● Cold calling
- ● Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies.
- ● Coordinating with the Trainers and responding accordingly.
Excellent communication skills
- ● Good listener and active problem solving skills
- ● Good interpersonal and analyzing skills
- ● Ability to handle pressure and work on tight deadlines
- ● Graduate fresher of any stream are eligible
- ● Any Management Graduates 2017 fresher and B.Tech also are eligible.
- ● Any stream 10+2 or 10+3 Fresher/with minimum 6 months’ work experience are eligible.
