SAP FICO is one of the major tools of SAP for maintaining accounts and finance departments in organizations across the world.
Fico consists of two major modules:
- FI: financials
- Co: controlling
When coming to FI, you must learn these parts:
- Organizational structure
- General ledger
- Accounts receivable &accounts payable
- Reports
When coming to controlling, it provides information for managers and the persons who control the accounts in the management. It is not bound with the legal issues, so this part is used for the internal usage, unlike FI PART. In the CO PART one must know these parts:
- Cost center
- Internal order
- Profit order
