We are glad you chose Big Classes to be your Online Training Industry. Big Classes has an army of trainers with a wide range of IT courses. Big Classes guarantee high standard training at a competitive price, ensuring 100% worth money. When you enroll in any IT training course, you agree to our Refund Policy. It is important to go through our Refund Policy before you continue the enrolled courses.

The Big Classes will process refunds for fees paid for training courses for the following reasons:

  • The Request must be made by informing the management via email, phone call. All emails must be sent to our management at info@bigclasses.com
  • All refund requests must be received by the 5th training session of the enrolled course. Request received after the 5th will not be entertained.
  • The request for refund made
    • Within the 5 days of the training session = 95% refund
    • After the 5 days of training session = 0% refund
  • All refund requests for switching course must be received by the 7h training session of the enrolled course. Request received after the 7th will not be entertained.
  • The request for refund made
    • Within the 7 days of the training session = 50% refund
    • After the 7 days of training session = 0% refund
  • Reasons for requesting a refund
    • Serious illness
    • Natural Disaster
    • Family Emergencies
    • Trainer’s Abandonment from the Organization

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • If the candidate decides to switch from one course to another should wait until a new batch starts.
  • If the candidate retrieves from the previous course will be refunded with 50%, but when applying for the next course needs to pay the difference (50% of the requested course)
  • In the event of class cancellation, if a candidate requests for a refund, the refund will be given according to his/her’s attendance (If a student has attended 70% of classes, 30% will be refunded)

GST:

  • The Government of India introduced the Goods and Services Tax (GST) from 1st July, 2017. The tax is for goods and services which will be added to its actual price value. It is an indirect tax levied on the supply of goods and services. GST is one indirect tax for the entire country.
  • The BigClasses educational services will also be charged as per the rules of the GST. For Example, if the course select is about 19, 000, the candidate needs to pay 19,000 + 18% GST.

Note: It is mandatory that the payment of the course needs to be paid along with the 18% GST.
